Allison Moshel is a dedicated attorney with more than a decade of experience in special education law, committed to helping families secure the educational services and support their children need to thrive. She advocates for parents in matters involving the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), guiding them through complex processes to ensure access to a free appropriate public education.

Over the course of her career, Allison has played a key role in building and expanding special education practices, representing clients in negotiations and litigation with the New York City Department of Education and other school districts. Known for her strategic approach and compassionate advocacy, she works closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes tailored to each child’s unique needs.

Allison earned her J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law, where she focused on disability law, and has been repeatedly recognized as a New York Metro “Rising Star.” Her work is driven by a strong belief that every child deserves the opportunity to reach their full potential through a supportive and appropriate education.
